Buyer Verification Process
Orders can only be placed from a registered researcher account. Every buyer must:
- Acknowledge, before entering the site, that they are a researcher or an authorized representative of a research institution or licensed commercial research entity, that they are at least 21 years of age, and that no product will be used for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purposes.
- Register with their name, a working email address, and the name of their company or institution.
- Identify their type of research organization (for example: academic or research institution, university or college, biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, contract research organization, chemical research or supply, cosmetic research, or independent researcher).
- Agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and acknowledge that all products are for in-vitro laboratory research only and will not be used for human or animal consumption.
- Verify their email address before the account is activated.
- Confirm, on every order at checkout, that the products are for laboratory research use only and not for human or veterinary consumption, that they are at least 21 years of age, and that they are a qualified researcher purchasing on behalf of a research institution or business.
Accounts are activated automatically once the registrant verifies their email address, and an account cannot reach checkout until that verification is complete. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or revoke access at our sole discretion.
Regulatory Posture

Product descriptions are limited to objective chemical data (e.g., CAS number, molecular formula, molar mass, purity by HPLC). Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Every batch of every product is supplied with a third-party Certificate of Analysis documenting identity and purity (typically by HPLC and/or mass spectrometry). COAs for current batches are available in our COA Database.
