Before you write
A few things we are not able to help with, so you don’t lose time waiting on a reply:
- Dosing, protocols, or medical guidance. Every product we supply is for in vitro laboratory research only. We cannot advise on administration to humans or animals under any circumstances, and requests of this kind will not receive a substantive reply.
- Order changes after dispatch. Once a package is handed to the carrier we cannot alter or reroute it. See our Terms & Conditions.
