We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for treating, curing, mitigating, or preventing any disease or condition. Any statement regarding a product describes its known properties in a research context only and is not medical, health, or fitness advice.
Not a Pharmacy; No Approved or Compounded Drugs
Peter Piper’s Peppers is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility, or licensed drug manufacturer, and nothing on this Site is an offer to dispense, compound, or prescribe a drug. The products are research chemicals sold for laboratory use only. They are not compounded, prepared, or sold for use in or on the body of any human or animal, are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for any therapeutic use, and are not dispensed pursuant to a prescription. No physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other professional relationship is created by your use of this Site or your purchase.
Eligibility
By ordering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You are acquiring the products solely for legitimate laboratory or research use, and you are legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction.
- The products will be handled by individuals trained in the proper handling of research chemicals.
Buyer’s Compliance With Laws
You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products in your jurisdiction. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the products are prohibited, and it is your responsibility to verify legality before ordering.
Prohibited Communications and Conduct
Any communication from you that requests, implies, or describes use of any product for human or animal consumption — including without limitation requests for dosing instructions, administration routes, anticipated physiological effects, or therapeutic outcomes — is a material breach of these Terms. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or refund: (a) immediately cancel any pending or fulfilled order; (b) terminate your account; and (c) report the conduct to applicable regulatory authorities.
Accepted Test Vendors
We accept third-party purity and content test results from any well-known, reputable analytical testing laboratory that specializes in peptide and research-chemical analysis (for example, Freedom Diagnostics, Janoshik Analytical, or a comparable recognized testing service). To support a guarantee claim, a report must satisfy the Test Report Requirements below. We reserve the right to decline results from an unrecognized source, or from any report that cannot be independently authenticated.
Purity Guarantee
We guarantee a minimum purity of 98% for 45 days from the date you receive the product, subject to the Test Report Requirements below.
Under-fill Guarantee
Any vial found to contain less than 90% of the stated content (for example, less than 27 mg in a 30 mg vial) is eligible for reshipment. This guarantee also extends 45 days from the date of delivery.
Test Report Requirements
To make a valid claim, the test report must:
- Include both purity and fill (content) data.
- Include photographs of the vial(s) as part of the report.
- Be specific to the product being claimed — a separate, individual report is required for each product on which you are making a claim.
- Be submitted within the applicable 45-day guarantee window.
We reserve the right to request additional verification (e.g., lot/batch identifiers, unaltered report files) and to deny claims where the report is incomplete, altered, or cannot be authenticated.
Issue Resolution
- If there is a verified problem with your order, the default remedy is reshipment of the affected product.
- The choice between reshipment and refund lies with Peter Piper’s Peppers and is determined by the nature and scope of the issue.
- These remedies are your sole and exclusive remedies for any product defect, purity shortfall, or under-fill.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Lost packages are eligible for one reshipment per order. Packages seized by customs or other authorities are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for losses resulting from an incorrect address.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, resale, or intended misuse.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for pricing errors and may cancel affected orders.
- Accepted payment methods: Zelle and direct bank transfer.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of opened or shipped product except as expressly provided under the Purity and Under-fill Guarantees above.
Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability
You assume all risk and responsibility arising from your purchase, handling, and use of the products. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except the limited guarantees expressly stated above. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, illness, or death resulting from misuse, including any use in or on a human or animal body.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peter Piper’s Peppers, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your purchase, handling, use, or misuse of the products, or your breach of these Terms — including any use of the products in violation of the “Research Use Only” restriction.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in Los Angeles County, California, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. Continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peter Piper’s Peppers regarding your purchase and supersede any prior understandings.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and that you are purchasing the products for research use only.
